Book a Mobile Party

Let us bring the games to you! We have many options for you next party or corporate event. Please make sure to book at least 7 days prior to your event. See below for more info about the types of parties we offer and pricing!

 

Where can we go?

Mobile Party Service Area

Our service area covers a 30km radius out from Uptown Saint John. If you are unsure if you qualify, give us a call. If you are outside the radius but are interested in having us, feel free to contact us and we'll can see what we can offer.

 

Jumbo Games Party

2 hours, $250+tax plus $200 security deposit (security deposit refundable after your event)

Let us bring our jumbo sized games to your event! This party type includes 4 jumbo games of your choice for 2 hours and 2 staff members to run the games and take care of game set-up/take down.

Please ensure your venue has at least 600 sq. ft of free space for us, as well as being free of nuts, smoke and/or animals. Staff will also need access to the space for set-up and take down and hour both before and after the event. For this event type, your venue can be indoors or outdoors, but please be aware of our cancellation policy in the event that it rains. Some jumbo games also require fairly level playing surfaces. We provide a 10x10 tent shelter.

  • Giant KerPlunk (any number of players)
  • Giant Bamboleo (any number of players)
  • Giant Pick-Up Sticks (any number of players)
  • Giant Connect 4 (2 teams of any amount)
  • Giant Tiddly Winks (2 teams of any amount)
  • Giant Frisbee Checkers (2 teams of any amount)
  • Giant Yahtzee (2 teams of any amount)
  • Giant Tic-Tac-Toe (2 teams of any amount)
  • Giant Twister (Up to 30 kids or 20 adults)
  • Human Chess (32 players)
  • Human Checkers (24 people)

 

Mobile Board Game Party

2 hours, $200+tax plus $100 security deposit (security deposit refundable after your event)

Let us bring our board games to your event! This party type includes 10 games of your choice for 2 hours and 2 staff members to run the games and take care of game set-up/take down.

Please ensure your venue is indoors and has at least 300 sq. ft of space for us, as well as being free of nuts, smoke and/or animals. You'll also want to make sure your guests have room to sit at a table. Staff will also need access to the space for set-up and take down a half-hour both before and after the event.

Choosing games is easy, either pick one of our curated game packages (coming soon!) or choose 10 games individually from our in-game library.

 

Add an Hour of Playtime to Your Party

1 additional hour, $60+tax

Upgrade your 2 hour party to a 3 hour party! Please note this add-on cannot be applied to our trivia parties.

 

Trivia Party

2 hours, $200+tax plus $50 non-refundable (within a week of your event)

Are you a trivia master? We'll be the judge of that! Let us come to you with fun, game show style trivia, just for you! Trivia parties include 2 hours of trivia fun and 2 staff members to host and facilitate the event. We will also provide all material required.

Please ensure your venue is indoors and has at least 300 sq. ft of space for us, as well as being free of nuts, smoke and/or animals. You'll want your party peeps to have table space as well. Staff will also need access to the space for set-up and take down a half-hour both before and after the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event, we keep 50% of the deposit, excluding trivia party deposits which we keep in full past 7 days.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will not receive any refund under normal circumstances.*

Outdoor events: In the event that inclement weather causes us to cancel within the 24 hours, we keep 50% of our deposit which you may use as a credit towards a rescheduled event. The rest will be refunded to you. Please keep this in mind when booking a party outdoors.

If at any point during a party, one of the cafe's team members feels the environment does not meet the standards of our parties or their safety or comfort, (excessive drinking, unmonitored children misbehaving, hostile or lewd behaviour) it is left to their discretion to pack everything up and leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

* In the case of extenuating circumstances, refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

Charities and Non-Profits

All charities and non-profit organizations will receive a complimentary $25 gift card when they book an event with us! Just make sure to let us know you are a non-profit at the time of booking. The gift card can be raffled off at your event, used to buy games to give out at your event or towards booking an event in the future!
